Shipping Policy

We ship to the UK & Northern Ireland.

We aim to deliver personalised products within 14 working days of logo approval. If you need your personalised product sooner we can offer an advanced delivery service which will be chargeable, the date will then be agreed between Hive Workwear and the customer.

All of the above is dependent on stock availability.

Hive Workwear use DPD and a variety of other couriers such as Royal Mail. We provide a tracking code as soon as the products have been dispatched.

Delivery costs £6.95 for orders under the value of £120.00. Any order over £150.00 qualifies for free delivery. 

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Contact us within: 3 days of delivery

  • Send items back within: 14 days of delivery

We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations

​But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
